The following the generation of an E-class will be equipped with a wide spectrum of engines - since 4 cylinder petrol engines 184 h.p. up to V8 544 h.p. and diesel engines from 136 h.p. up to 354 h.p. Hybrid versions will appear in a year. Predictably, new W212 it will be equipped by the hybrid diesel engine, as E 300 BLUETEC a hybrid which develops 224 h.p. with 3,0l V6 and 15 kw with an electric motor and integrated starting the generator.
