Kia Motors Corporation has officially declared that world sales of cars Kia for May, 2008 have made 127 323 cars that on 16.5 % is more, rather than in May, 2007.
In the European market 31 694 cars Кia (growth of sales has made 8.8 %) have been sold. The share of Ukraine on sales in the European market has made 6.6 % (2084 sold cars).
The champion of world sales in 2008 among models Kia became car Cerato - 88 470 cars. It follows Rio - 64 588 cars. The third place car Cee’d - has borrowed 64 006 units. The fourth place has got to car Sportage - 62 003 units and 5 place - Picanto which sales have made 45 721 car.

By results of May, 2008 superiority in Ukraine on sales is held with car Cee’d (651 car), it followed Cerato (481 unit), on third place Magentis (310 machines). As a whole for five months 2008 in Ukraine superiority on sales is held with car Cee’d (3 206 sold cars), it followed Cerato (2 449 units) and on third place Magentis (1 113 cars). The Total of sold cars Kia in Ukraine for five months has made 9 604 cars.
